In the initial interview, we'll discuss your work history, confirm details, and ask questions to understand you better. It's also an opportunity for us to share more about the position and Metro. In some cases, we might ask you to complete additional tests online or on-site to better assess your skills and fit for the role.
As part of our standard process, we conduct checks such as references and/or background checks.
