Who We Are

Metro Credit Union is the Omaha area’s loan and deposit rate leader. More than 44,000 customers, or members as we call them, have come to rely on us on to provide the financial products and services they want and need. With five full-service branches and several express locations across the metro plus mobile, online, and virtual banking options, our team is focused on delivering a seamless, customer-centric experience – 24 hours a day, every day. Simply, we’re here for the benefit of the people who bank with us. That’s our mission - since day one.

For that reason, we’re proud to consistently receive high marks for trust, integrity, low loan rates, and better overall service. In fact, Forbes Magazine ranked Metro Credit Union as All Time Champion in 2024 after surveying consumers on services, trust, financial advice, likelihood to recommend to family and friends, and overall satisfaction. Since 2018, Metro Credit Union has consistently ranked among Nebraska's top credit unions, earning us the prestigious All-Time Champ designation for the years 2018 to 2024!
