If you have a lost or stolen credit/debit card, you may freeze or unfreeze your cards, block and/or replace cards through online banking.

Messages involving sensitive information can be sent via Message Center in online banking or our mobile app. If you don't have online
banking, register here, then download Metro’s mobile app to access your account on the go.
Click the “chat with us" bubble at the bottom right corner of any page on our website to get help and information from our Contact Center staff during their scheduled hours. In addition, you can chat with our virtual assistant, MAVA, 24/7/365.
ITMs are available 24/7/365, and during regular business hours, virtual tellers are available to assist via video chat.
