Never get a nonsufficient funds (NSF) return fee again with a Metro Credit Union account. With overdraft protection you will also have peace of mind knowing that you will pay no overdraft fees on charges of $5 or less and you can use up to $50 of Metro's money to cover transactions without a fee.***

With a Simply Checking account from Metro Credit Union, there are no minimum balance requirements or **monthly fees. Enjoy the convenience of a debit card for making purchases and accessing cash easily. Manage your finances on the go with our mobile banking app, and conveniently deposit checks using our mobile deposit feature. Metro's Complete Checking account offers all the benefits of Simply Checking, plus all the bells and whistles.

Fraud Protection

To help prevent fraud and ensure that your money is safe, certain restrictions are applied to the use of your Metro Credit Union debit card. Should you ever notice fraudulent transactions, contact Metro immediately at 402-551-3052.

*Complete Checking has a $10 service charge fee. It can be waived with any of the following: $4,000 direct deposit monthly, $10,000 in the individual account balance, $25,000 in loan balances (includes mortgage products).

**Paper Statement fee of $5 if member doesn't elect to have eStatements.

***Courtesy Pay is our overdraft program. Courtesy Pay/Overdraft fees apply if the transaction we pay exceeds $5 and the account is overdrawn by more than $50 (available balance is negative by more than $50) after payment of the overdraft. (Due to system limitations, in some cases where the transaction is $5 or less or the account is overdrawn by less than $50, the fee may be assessed and then reversed.
